The legal document that follows contains all of the terms and conditions to which the EvoEssay.com and customers are bound. When you decide to become a customer of EvoEssay.com (by ordering any products or services), you are immediately bound by these terms, and you agree to all of them in total. We ask that you read through this document so that you are fully aware of your obligations and responsibilities.

Definitions of Terms Used in this Document

Here are the definitions of the terms that you will see in this document

Customer: Anyone who places an order for products or services from EvoEssay.com. Other related terms are client, you, yours, yourself, or anyone acting as a representative of a customer.
EvoEssay.com: The writing service which offers custom writing services to a customer. Related terms are company, website, writers, staff, and any employees or departments of the company.
Order: The action of a customer to buy any product or service from the company. It also refers to the product or service ordered and paid for. Another term for order is deliverable

Legal Contract/Entire Agreement

This document represents a contract between the company and a customer. It goes into force as soon as the customer placed an order for a product or service from the company. This document represents the total agreement between the company and the customer, and no other agreements, verbal or otherwise will take precedence over this document.

Discounts

The discount code and the discount itself may be applied to orders that are over $25 in total and not less. Should the order total be less than $25 (25 US Dollars), the discount code will not provide a respective discount.

Customer Usage of Company Provided Products/Services

When a customer orders and receives either custom writing products or any other services from the company, the customer understands that the deliverables are only for his/her individual and personal use. They are to be used for study and research purposes and may not be used for any commercial purpose, shared, distributed or sold to any third party. If a customer should violate the intended use of products, the company is not held responsible for any consequences suffered by the customer. As well, if the customer violates this term, then s/he is in violation of this Terms of Use contract.

Legal Jurisdictions and Laws

The company is a lawfully incorporated entity and abides by the laws in the jurisdiction in which its headquarters reside. The company is not responsible to know the laws of any other legal jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the laws of his/her jurisdiction regarding Internet purchases of products and services. The customer shall not hold the company legally responsible for customer violation of any laws in his/her jurisdiction.

The Products of EvoEssay.com are not for submission in the form of the Customer’s own research. The main use of the Product is to act as a sample or reference for their own work.

Copyright laws are highly upheld by the Company and violation of the Company’s Terms and Conditions is entirely the Customer’s responsibility.

Business Practices of EvoEssay.com

The company provides writing, advice and other related services to its customers, as they place request for such things. To provide these things, the company hires and maintains both full and part-time staff, including researchers, writers, customer service personnel, editors and other affiliated contractors.

At no time does the company encourage or endorse illegal actions on the part of its customers and does not support academic dishonesty. If the customer engages in illegal or academically dishonest behaviors in connection with the use of our products and services, the customer assumes full responsibility and holds the company harmless.

Published Policies on the EvoEssay.com Website

On separate pages on the company website, the customer will see policies that explain business practices and procedures. The customer bears responsibility for reviewing these policies and automatically agrees to these policies by placing an order for writing or related services. Published policies include the following:

Disclaimer: This policy enumerates the responsibilities of both customer and company in doing business with one another, and lists those incidents for which the company shall not be held responsible.
Plagiarism: The company only produces original pieces of research and writing and has methods in place to ensure that all content is plagiarism-free.
Revisions: The company agrees to provide revisions/changes to final drafts of products which do not meet customer satisfaction. The Revisions Policy outlines when revisions are free and when there may be an additional charge for such changes.
Refunds: Refunds are rare occurrences because of the revision policy. Full or partial refunds are awarded only in very specific circumstances, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Discounts: Customers will find discounts advertised on the company website. The customer should review the discounts available and request them as they pertain to him/her. The company also awards discount coupons under some circumstances.

Miscellaneous Provisions

All Terms and Conditions that define the rights and obligations of both contract parties, the Customer and the Company, are listed in this Agreement. This document solely, its statements, promises or inducements, are to be considered valid or binding. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, this Agreement supersedes all previous verbal or written communications and/or Agreements between the parties.

The Customer accepts that if a certain portion of the Terms and Conditions is in conflict with any state law, it will not affect the rest of the document. The Customer’s rights and obligations will continue to be in force for all other terms of this Agreement.

The Agreement is governed, in its interpretation and performance, by the laws of the location of the Company’s physical location of its principal business, precisely Cyprus (CY).

Placing an Order for and Receiving Products/Services

Order Placement: The customer places an order by using the website order form or by contact customer service if special assistance is needed. All fields in the order form must be completed, in order for product production to occur.
Making Payment: The company accepts credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, wire transfers and PayPal as payment venues. The company will not assign a writer to an order until payment has been made. If a customer’s bank or financial institution requests verification, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide identifying documents that are requested. The company is not liable for delays in production due to payment delays.
Research Resources: The customer must provide the number and types of resources to be used for research works. If the customer requests specific resources and they are readily available to the writer, they will be used. If such resources are not readily available, however, the customer must upload them for writer use. If the company has to purchase a specific resource, that cost will be added to the customer’s fee, and the writer will not begin until that fee has been paid. If the customer does not upload the resource or make payment for that resource in a timely manner, the company is not responsible for production delays.
Technical Issues: Problems with the internet, browsers, power outages, etc. are beyond the control of the company and any delays that result are not the company’s responsibility.

Amendments and/or Changes to this Document or to any Published Company Policy

The company has the right to change or modify either this document or any of the policies published on its website. It is the customer’s responsibility to become aware of any changes, for they are binding as soon as they are published.

Dissertation services

The Customer should provide a specific end date for his/hers dissertation project in order for the company to process the order correctly. The 'End Date' cannot exceed 8 months from the order placement date.

If the dissertation project is required to be submitted by Chapters, deadlines should be provided for each Chapter.

If the dissertation project is required to be submitted by Chapters, they are provided one by one after confirmation of the previous Chapter by the Client. The writer cannot work further on the order without confirmation of his/her work.
